Whole wheat Bread

Ingredients:
whole wheat flour - 4 and 1/2 cup
Salt- 2 tsp
Dry yeast- 4tsp
Lukewarm water- 1 and 3/4 cup
Honey- 2 tbsp
Oil- 3 tbsp
Oatmeal- 1/2 cup
Preparation
Combine flour and salt and place in microwave for 5 minutes

Combine yeast with 3/4 cup of water and leave to dissolve for 15 minutes
Make a well in center of lour and add the yeast mixture and remaining water
Add honey oil and oatmeal
Mix with wooden spoon toll smooth
Transfer the dough to lightly floured surface
Knead to make the loaf shape

Grease a loaf pan and place the dough in the pan
Cover with foil

Leave it to rise overnight
Preheat oven at 400 F
Bake until top is brown and bottom sounds hollow when tapped .
