Nut Crescent

Ingredients
Cashew nut - 1 cup
Unsalted butter(at room temperature)- 1 cup(2 sticks)
Vanilla extract- 1/2 tsp
All purpose Flour - 2 cups
Salt- 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 1 cup
Preparation

Grind cashew nuts and transfer to a bowl

Add butter and mix
Add 3/4 cup of sugar and vanilla extract
Add flour and salt and make a dough

Refrigerate the mixture for 1/2 hr
Preheat oven at 350 F
give the shape of crescent to the mixture and dust sugar on it

bake until it is light brown
