Eggless Marble Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

All-purpose flour - 1 1/2 cups
Curd - 1 cup  
Sugar- 3/4 cup
Baking soda - 1 tsp
 Vineger - 1 tbsp
Salt- 1 pinch 
Refined oil- 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Cocoa Powder - 1 tbsp

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400 C and prepare baking pan.
Cream the sugar and yogurt until the sugar is completely dissolved
Add baking soda, salt and vinegar and combine.
 Leave aside for 3 mins till bubbles appear.

Add vegetable oil and vanilla extract and combine well.
Slowly add little flour/maida (about a tbsp) at a time and blend with the wet ingredients.
Take one cup mixture and add cocoa powder to it.Mix well

Pour the flour mixture in the pan and add cocoa mixture making patterns




Bake in preheated oven at 400 degree F for 10 mins
Reduce temperature to 350 and bake for 20-25 mts or till a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.

Cool the cake for 20-30 mts and then overturn onto a plate.

Banana Bread with Walnuts and Flaxseed


Ingredients

unsalted butter - 2 tbsp
whole-wheat flour - 1/2 cup
all-purpose flour - 3/4 cup
ground  flaxseed -1/4 cup
salt - 3/4 tsp
baking powder - 1/2 tsp
baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Egg -2
sugar - 1/2 cup
 vanilla extract - 1 1/2 tsp
 bananas - 2
walnuts (toasted and coarsely chopped) - 1/2 cup 
Milk - 1/4 cup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Prepare 9-by-5-by-3-inch loaf pan
Whisk together the flours, flaxseed, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a medium bowl, and set aside.
Put eggs in the blender  and mix on medium-low speed until well combined, about 2 minutes. 
Add melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and bananas, and mix until combined. 
Add the reserved flour mixture, and mix on low speed until well incorporated, about 10 seconds. 
Add milk if required
Stir in walnuts.
Pour batter into buttered pan. 

Bake until golden brown and a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
