Cheesy Focaccia

 Dough 

unbleached bread flour - 2 1/2 cup

yeast - 1 1/2 tsp

honey - 1 tbsp

lukewarm water - 1 cup

olive oil - 2 tsp

Topping

vegetables 

olive oil - 2 tbsp

cheese - 1/2 cup

herbs 

salt to taste

Recipe 

Mix yeast , salt and flour 

add oil  and honey to warm water

mix dry and wet ingredients and make dough 

cover and keep aside for 20-30 minutes while preparing toppings

Cut the veggies in desired shape and pattern 

uncover dough and stretch it till it is about 1 1/2 inch thick 

cover and keep aside while oven is heating at 450 degree with a bowl of water 

arrange topping on dough and sprinkle salt and oil

bake focaccia for 20 - 25 minutes
